Berik “Best Photo” Competition
1) Promoter
The promoter is Moto National Accessories Pty Ltd (ABN 43 103 527 662) of 6/457 Tufnell Rd, Banyo QLD 4014 (Promoter), trading as the Australian distributor of Berik products.
2) Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
To be eligible, entrants must own and/or be using genuine Berik gear featured in the submitted photo.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3) Promotion Period
The competition opens 12:00am AEST (Brisbane time) on 29 January 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 30 March 2026 (Promotion Period).
Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
4) How to Enter
To enter, during the Promotion Period you must:
- Send a photo of yourself wearing or using Berik gear; and
- Submit your entry via direct message to the Promoter’s official Moto National Facebook Messenger account, including:
- your full name, and
- your contact details, and
- the photo.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
The Promoter may request proof that the Berik gear shown is genuine (for example, additional photos of the product labels/tags). If requested and not provided within a reasonable time, the entry may be deemed invalid.
5) Judging (Game of Skill)
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
All valid entries will be judged on:
- Creativity,
- Originality, and
- how well the photo showcases Berik gear.
Judging will take place at the Promoter’s head office on 31 March 2026.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6) Prize
There will be one (1) winner who will receive a $500 voucher to spend on any Berik item currently in stock at Moto National Accessories (Prize).
- The voucher is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- If the selected product(s) total more than $500, the winner must pay the difference.
- If the selected product(s) total less than $500, any remaining balance is forfeited.
- The voucher will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue unless otherwise required by law.
Any additional costs associated with redeeming the Prize (for example, shipping or surcharges) are the responsibility of the winner unless the Promoter states otherwise.
7) Winner Notification and Claiming
The winner will be notified via Facebook Messenger and announced on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram pages on 31 March 2026.
The winner must respond within 7 days of being notified to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within that time, the Promoter may select the next best valid entry (as determined by the judges) as the winner.
8) Use of Entries (Licence)
By entering, each entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish, and share the submitted photo for the Promoter’s marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and websites, with credit where reasonably practicable.
Entrants warrant that:
- they own the rights to the submitted photo (or have permission from the rights holder), and
- they have obtained consent from any identifiable person in the photo to submit it for this competition.
9) Disqualification
The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, offensive, misleading, not in accordance with these Terms, or that the Promoter reasonably believes is not the entrant’s original work or does not feature genuine Berik gear.
10) Privacy
The Promoter will collect personal information for the purpose of administering this competition (including contacting the winner). Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the promotion or by law.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta, Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
